1. Taking apart and packing furniture and equipment in 3-layer bubble-wrap or special transit blankets, stretch hood. Labeling the package with the markers denoting the floor, department and employee. Applying markers about fragility (don’t throw, handle with care, don’t put upside down, etc.)
This type of package provides the defense of the items even if they are handled carelessly (not by our employees).
2. Packing personal belongings, dishes, registers, documentation.
3. Dismantling the kitchen, venetian blind, pictures, light, displays, etc.
4. Professional movers (uniform, moving kit, politeness).
1 person – 5m3 in 8 hours + during all the work process personal consultant-manager.
5. Furniture vans with tail lifts and with facility of fixing irregular cargo – from 11 to 40 м3.
6. Unpacking, installation, arrangement of the belongings and disposal of the package.
7. Installation of the kitchen, venetian blind, pictures, light, displays, etc.
8. Financial responsibility for the time scheduling and liability for breakage.
Relevance
As a rule the stated plan is efficient in the following cases:
- Immediate moving to the new address
- Moving your belongings to OUR warehouse where the staff pays attention to the warning labels and is able to read them! during the temporary termination of the operation of the department or the whole company.
- During carrying out the repair works on the premises, when the properties are inside of the office but no third-party companies would move the belongings.
- Moving NOT the furniture of the executive office but the belongings of ordinary departments.
About 40€ per 1 m3.
For example: 10 work places = 18m3.
